Axis does not store card numbers. Payment details are processed by the secure payment provider connected at checkout.

Axis uses the Pinterest Tag to understand site visits and measure advertising performance. The current integration does not send email addresses through Pinterest Enhanced Match.

Axis may use PostHog to measure page visits, time spent, active time, scroll depth, navigation paths, product and checkout interactions, and application errors. If masked session replay is enabled, it is disabled on checkout, account, and order pages, and the support panel is excluded. Axis does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, addresses, or support messages to PostHog.

Newsletter signup is optional. Marketing emails include preference language, and support emails are sent when customers submit forms or order-related requests.
