Orders may be canceled before shipment. A 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs and order handling expenses. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, including any insurance or tracking services, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
